Health and safety at work: accreditation

We are acclaimed and accredited by a wide range of professional bodies to protect our people and comply with our client’s needs. Our accreditations not only ensure we provide high-quality services but that the services we provide are safe and carried out methodically.

The wellbeing of our people

Our mental (and physical) health and well-being comes first above everything and so it’s important we take care of ourselves to reach the optimal and best versions of ourselves. At Regency, we strive to build a culture where the safety and mental health of our people come first, and we encourage all of our staff to be mindful of their mental and physical wellbeing and seek help and support where necessary. We adhere to the health and safety guidelines and ensure that our operatives are equipped with the correct tools and equipment that will allow them to carry out the job successfully and promptly this extends to our office-based staff as well. We currently use the “Bright Wellbeing” (Employee Assisted Programme) to promote the support available to all staff.
