A family-owned business, run from Ayr

Regency Facilities Management is privately owned and family-run, based in Ayrshire, delivering FM services across Scotland, England and Wales.

Regency's depot and offices on Heathfield Industrial Estate, Ayr

We work for a mix of large, medium and small clients, including local authorities and housing associations, maximising the cleanliness, functionality and safety of their properties.

We combine industry knowledge and experience with energy-efficient equipment, eco-friendly products and our own practices, to deliver a service built around what a site actually needs. Our teams are trained to British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards and by other professional bodies.

We are transparent about how we work and we do not hand a contract to a subcontractor and disappear. Our management team and technicians work with you through the life of the contract, setting objectives and reporting against them — which is why most of our clients have been with us a long time.

130+ people, directly employed

Regency employs its own staff rather than subcontracting. It costs more and it is the reason the same faces turn up at your site every week.

Accredited, and specific about it

Seven accreditations, named — because “accredited by a range of professional bodies” is not something a procurement team can tick a box against.

SafeContractor
Third-party assessment of health and safety management — the pre-qualification most public sector buyers ask for first.
Constructionline Gold
Government-certified supplier register at Gold level, covering financial, insurance and compliance vetting.
Acclaim Accreditation
SSIP-recognised health and safety assessment, accepted in place of repeating the same questionnaire per client.
BICSc
British Institute of Cleaning Science — the standard our operatives are trained and assessed against.
NCCA
National Carpet Cleaners Association member, for carpet and upholstery work.
WoolSafe
Approved Service Provider for wool and natural-fibre floor coverings.
Ultima Cleaning Academy
Ongoing operative training and assessment.

A site survey costs nothing and takes about twenty minutes. You will speak to the person who would run your contract, not a call centre.
