Commercial cleaning and facilities management in Edinburgh

Event cleaning capability travels — festival and stadium work, plus high-level and specialist contracts.

Edinburgh work is weighted towards the specialist end of what we do. Event cleaning is the obvious one: a city that absorbs a festival every August needs crews who can be scaled up for build, live days and overnight resets, and then clear a site to a hand-back deadline.

Beyond events, the city's building stock — a great deal of it listed, much of it stone — suits our high-level and facade work, where the method has to be gentle enough for historic fabric and the paperwork has to satisfy a conservation officer as well as a health and safety manager.

Edinburgh is further from base than our core area, so contracts here are usually specialist, periodic or event-driven rather than daily office cleaning — which is an honest answer rather than a sales one.

Specialist cleaning is the exception to that distance. Trauma and biohazard cleaning, unattended death cleaning, needle sweeps and hoarder clearance are run as one Scotland-wide service, so a family, landlord or housing provider in Edinburgh gets the same 24/7 response as one in Ayr, with the same paperwork for insurers and the same licensed waste disposal.

That cover takes in Edinburgh and the Lothians, including Livingston, Musselburgh and Dalkeith. For a periodic or specialist contract, the first step is the same as anywhere else: a free site survey and a written quote.

What we do in Edinburgh

Every service below is available in Edinburgh on contract or as one-off work. If you hold more than one of them, they can sit on a single facilities contract with one account manager and one invoice.

Tell us what needs doing.

A site survey costs nothing and takes about twenty minutes. You will speak to the person who would run your contract, not a call centre.
