Commercial cleaning and facilities management in Ardrossan, Saltcoats & Stevenston

Three towns, one contract: we treat Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston as one patch, because that is how the work runs.

Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston run into each other along the North Ayrshire coast, about thirty minutes from the Ayr depot, and we treat them as one patch. A contract in Saltcoats is covered by the same crew that works Ardrossan and Stevenston, which keeps visits regular and response times short.

The three towns each have their own character. Ardrossan is a port town, with the CalMac ferry to Arran, a marina and harbour businesses. Saltcoats is the main shopping street and seafront. Stevenston has the Ardeer peninsula, once the site of the Nobel explosives works and still an industrial area. Between them is a large stock of North Ayrshire Council and housing association homes.

That mix means the work is varied: scheduled cleaning for offices, shops and public buildings, industrial cleaning at Ardeer and around the harbour, void clearance and deep cleans for housing, needle sweeps of stairwells and communal areas, and window and pressure washing for seafront premises. North Ayrshire Council is one of our clients.
