Commercial cleaning and facilities management in Glasgow

Under an hour from the Ayr depot — the same crews, the same contract, no separate Glasgow rate.

Glasgow is the largest commercial market we work in, and the one where clients most often already have a contractor. What usually brings people to us is consolidation: an estate that has accumulated four suppliers and wants one, or a national contract where nobody local is accountable.

The city's demands run from city-centre offices wanting early-morning cleaning before staff arrive, through retail and hospitality needing evening and overnight work, to industrial premises out towards the M8 corridor. Event and specialist work travels here regularly.

Ayr to Glasgow is under an hour by road, which means Glasgow contracts are run by the same directly employed crews and the same account managers as everything else — not a subcontracted arrangement with our name on the invoice.

Housing work is the other half of the city. Housing associations, factors and letting agents need void properties turned round between tenancies, communal closes and stairwells kept clean, and the occasional property that needs far more than a clean: hoarded flats, needle sweeps in back courts, or a home where someone has died and lain undiscovered. Those specialist jobs are covered by the same 24/7 response we run across Scotland.

We cover the city itself and the areas around it, including East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Paisley and Renfrewshire. One survey, one quote and one account manager, wherever the sites in a Glasgow portfolio happen to sit.

What we do in Glasgow

Every service below is available in Glasgow on contract or as one-off work. If you hold more than one of them, they can sit on a single facilities contract with one account manager and one invoice.

Tell us what needs doing.

A site survey costs nothing and takes about twenty minutes. You will speak to the person who would run your contract, not a call centre.
