Commercial cleaning and facilities management in Troon

Fifteen minutes up the coast from the depot, and a town whose biggest weeks are events.

Troon is a short run up the coast road from Heathfield, about fifteen minutes, so for scheduling purposes it is home patch. The town's commercial side is a mix of offices and professional practices, shops and cafés along Templehill and Portland Street, hotels and golf clubs, and the harbour with its marine and boatyard businesses.

Golf shapes the calendar. Royal Troon hosts the Open, and the town's hotels, clubs and hospitality venues carry big event weeks that need extra crews for the build, the live days and the clear-up afterwards. Event cleaning and toilet servicing is one of the things we scale up for, and Troon is close enough that we can resource it from the depot rather than putting people in hotels.

Day to day, Troon contracts are mostly office and commercial cleaning before or after trading hours, carpet care for hotels and clubs, end of tenancy cleans for the town's letting stock, and window and pressure washing for seafront premises that take the weather off the Firth of Clyde.

What we do in Troon

Every service below is available in Troon on contract or as one-off work. If you hold more than one of them, they can sit on a single facilities contract with one account manager and one invoice.

A site survey costs nothing and takes about twenty minutes. You will speak to the person who would run your contract, not a call centre.
