Commercial cleaning and facilities management in Girvan

South Carrick's town: a working harbour, a large distillery site and a lot of holiday property.

Girvan is about forty minutes south of the Ayr depot on the A77, the main town for South Carrick and the last sizeable place before Galloway. It has a working harbour with Ailsa Craig on the horizon, a town centre, holiday parks and a lot of seasonal and holiday property, and on its northern edge one of the largest industrial sites in the area: the Girvan distillery.

Industrial cleaning is where Girvan differs from most coastal towns. Distilling and food production need high-level cleaning in tall buildings, dust and residue control around plant, and work done out of hours or during planned shutdowns, with method statements a site's own health and safety team will accept. That is the work our industrial and warehouse service is built for.

Away from industry, Girvan work is mostly housing and holiday property: void clearance and cleans for South Ayrshire Council and the housing associations, changeover and end of season cleans, and clearances. Because of the distance, we plan Girvan visits and group them, but reactive work can still be attended the same day.

What we do in Girvan

Every service below is available in Girvan on contract or as one-off work. If you hold more than one of them, they can sit on a single facilities contract with one account manager and one invoice.

Tell us what needs doing.

A site survey costs nothing and takes about twenty minutes. You will speak to the person who would run your contract, not a call centre.
