Regency has worked from Ayr for over 30 years. The depot, the office and the stores are on Heathfield Industrial Estate, and from there the whole of Ayrshire is a working day's reach: Prestwick and Troon inside fifteen minutes, Irvine, Kilmarnock and Maybole around twenty to twenty-five, Cumnock, Stewarton and the Three Towns around thirty, Girvan and Largs around forty. That is why our pricing has no Ayrshire travel surcharge and why a reactive job can usually be attended the same day.

Ayrshire is three council areas, and the work differs between them. South Ayrshire is offices, retail, hospitality and the airport corridor around Prestwick. East Ayrshire is Kilmarnock's commercial centre and a long chain of former mining towns where social housing is the main estate. North Ayrshire carries the county's heaviest industry, around Irvine and the Garnock Valley, plus the coast from the Three Towns to Largs. Clients already on our site include South, East and North Ayrshire Councils, Police Scotland, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Riverside Scotland and Shire Housing.
