Kilmarnock is East Ayrshire's commercial centre, with a significant public sector and social housing presence alongside industrial estates at Moorfield and Riccarton. The housing stock is the defining feature for us: void turnaround at volume, where the measure is properties per week and every day empty is rent lost.
Volume void work is a different discipline from one-off cleaning. It needs crews who can be resourced up and down against a target, licensed disposal for what comes out of the properties, and per-property photographic reporting so a voids officer can sign off without attending. All three are things we already run.
