Internal windows at height, with no water on the floor

Internal windows at significant height, where standard equipment could not reach and large volumes of water were not permissible indoors. Regency specified a method that balanced safety, finish and an operating office, inside a fixed timeframe.

The challenge

Internal windows at significant height in a working corporate office. Standard cleaning methods and equipment could not reach them, and because the work was indoors, large volumes of water were not permissible. It had to be safe, clean and non-disruptive, inside a strict timeframe.

What Regency did

  • Surveyed the access constraints before quoting rather than after
  • Specified equipment suited to the height and the indoor setting
  • Used a low-moisture method so no water reached the floor below
  • Scheduled the work around the client's operating hours

The outcome

The windows were cleaned to standard inside the client's timeframe, with no disruption to the working environment below and no water damage risk.
