- What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
- A regular clean keeps a building at a standard. A deep clean gets it there in the first place: the build-up behind and under things, limescale, grease and the areas a daily clean does not reach. Many clients book a deep clean first and then a regular contract to hold it.
- Do you do end-of-tenancy cleans?
- Yes, for landlords, letting agents and tenants. We clean to the standard an inventory check expects, which is what decides whether a deposit comes back.
- Can you clean a home as well as a business?
- Yes. One-off and move-in or move-out cleans are available for homes as well as commercial premises.
- How is it priced?
- As a fixed price after we have seen the property, so you know the cost before we start.
