Commercial window cleaning
Dirty glass is the first thing a customer notices and the last thing anyone remembers to book. Regency cleans commercial windows on a schedule, inside and out, for offices, shops, schools, surgeries and blocks of flats across Ayrshire, so it stops being a job somebody has to remember. Where the glass is high or the access is awkward, it becomes our high-level work, under the same contract.
What the contract covers
- Scheduled external window cleaning, weekly to quarterly
- Internal glass, partitions, glazed doors and entrances
- Frames, sills and signage cleaned with the glass
- Shopfronts cleaned before trading hours
- Communal glazing in blocks of flats and stairwells
- High-level and hard-to-reach glazing with the right access equipment
- One-off cleans after building work or before an event

Common questions
- How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
- Shopfronts and entrances usually monthly or more, because that is the glass customers see up close. Offices and upper floors are commonly every four to eight weeks. Coastal premises in Ayrshire often need it more often than inland ones, because salt spray marks glass quickly. We will suggest a frequency at the survey and you can change it.
- Can you clean the inside as well?
- Yes. Internal glass, partitions and glazed doors can be added to the same visit or to your regular office cleaning, so there is one contract rather than two contractors.
- What about windows that are high up?
- Glass that cannot be reached safely from the ground is high-level work, done with the right access equipment and a method statement. It is the same contract and the same account manager; it just takes more planning.
- Do you add window cleaning to an existing cleaning contract?
- Often. Most clients who use us for window cleaning also have us for office or communal cleaning, and putting both on one schedule is usually cheaper than two suppliers.
