Common questions
- When should the builders clean be booked?
- As early as you know the handover date. A builders clean usually happens in stages: a rough clean once the trades are finished, then a final clean just before handover so nothing has settled again.
- Do you remove building waste?
- We can. Clearance and licensed disposal can be part of the same job, so there is one contractor rather than two.
- Do you work for contractors as well as homeowners?
- Yes. Most builders cleans are for contractors and developers working to a handover, but we also clean homes after renovation work.
